Showdown of Champions

Yesterday night was interesting day. I and mine friends went to the showdown was features Roger Federer, James Blake, Bjorn Borg and John McEnroe going head-to-head in a one-night exhibition match in Stadium Putra, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.



Roger Federer
Roger Federer born August 8, 1981 was 27 year-old and is a Swiss professional tennis player. He was World number 1 ranked player for a record 237 consecutive weeks and won 13 Grand Slam singles titles (3 Australian Open, 5 Wimbledon, 5 US Open)



James Blake
James Riley Blake (born December 28, 1979 in Yonkers, New York, United States) is an American professional tennis player and is currently the 11th ranked player in the world. Blake is known for his speed and powerful forehands. He reached the final of the 2006 Tennis Masters Cup but lost to World No. 1 Roger Federer in straight sets, 6–0, 6–3, 6–4.

EPF 8% Means Paying More Income Tax

Assume monthly basic salary is RM4000.
- If your monthly EPF contribution is 11% ( RM440 ), taxable income =
RM3560, income tax payable = RM77.
- If your monthly EPF contribution is 8% ( RM320 ), taxable income =
RM3680, income tax payable = RM109.

Conclusion : If you choose to contribute 8%, you will end up paying more
income tax to the government,
which will make the government richer. Finance Minister
Najib said this measure is meant
to boost up the slow-down market, but from this example
we see that the money does not
go into the market. Instead the money goes direct into
the government's pocket through
the greater amount of income tax that we will have to
pay. Obviously this measure does not
help the market at all. And, this could save the
interest borne by EPF & government(BN/umno) could get more money from
tax-payers' blood money to channel into
their crony companies that suffering financial crisis....!!


Do we still want this kind of government(BN/umno) that doesn't have the
best interest of the people in mind?
